Description
The abbot and convent of Arbroath and Lord Ingram de Balliol form an agreement, whereby Ingram will remit all dispute and all controversy that he or his men had or had reason to have, and in the future, if any injury is made he may be freed from fault by the baillie according to the law and custom of the realm, etc. (The rubric makes clear that this agreement is in reference to Balliol's land of Red Castle in Angus.)
