Description
Forbflaith daughter of Cairell, in her free power and widowhood, has given, granted and by this her present charter established a half-quarter of land called ‘Hachenkerach’ in Bonhill parish (Auchencarroch, DNB) to St Kentigern (and Glasgow Cathedral) for the support of the building of the church of Glasgow, for the health of her soul and of her lord, Maldoven, earl of Lennox, in free, pure and perpetual alms.
