Description
An agreement is formed between Thomas of Thirlestane and Agnes his wife, on one side, and the abbot and convent of Kelso, on the other, whereby Thomas and Agnes demit at feuferme to the abbot and convent the land of ‘Hedderweik’ in the territory of Thirlestane for an [annual?] render of 40 marks, for a term of ten years.
