Description
Pope Honorius III releases William des Bois [de Bosco], chancellor of A[lexander], king of Scots, from his suspension, consequent on being excommunicated for aiding his king against the king of England, contrary to the sentence of the apostolic see, as it was intimated to him by G., cardinal priest of St Martin, and papal legate; and restoration to him of his office and benefices. In the same manner to the bishop of St Andrews.
