Description
R[obert], dean, and the chapter of Salisbury write to W[alter], dean, and the chapter of Glasgow, undertaking to lay out the liberties and approved customs which are to be used in the church as ordained and directed by the church of Salisbury according to the institutions of Bishop Osmund, founder of the church [of Salisbury] [as] the present tract explains.
