Single-sided seal or counterseal depicting Robert on horseback to *sinister* wearing armour and a plumed helmet. He carries a sword in his right hand, and a shield is suspended from his neck, bearing arms of a saltire and *chief*; the same arms are repeated on the *caparisons* of the horse.
