Description
Gilbert de Lascelles shows the king’s council that Ralph de Lascelles his elder brother is an idiot and incapable of managing his land in Scotland, as his lord the earl of Buchan and others of the county know well. He prays that he may have the custody of his brother’s person and land, if the law of Scotland permits.
