Description
The king commands the sheriff of Southampton to liberate William, bishop of St Andrews from Winchester castle, as John de Mowbray, Alexander of Abernethy, Robert of Keith, Adam of Gordon, and Henry of Halliburton guarantee his good behaviour, and that he will remain within the bounds of the county of Northampton.
