Description
Letters patent by Thomas, bishop of Candida Casa, proclaiming an indulgence of 40 days in his diocese to all who shall say the Lord’s Prayer and the Salutation of the Virgin for the soul’s repose of Richard Carpenter, late of the villa of Goderthwayt, who is buried in St Andrew’s cemetery in the monastery of Calder.
