Description
Edward, king of England, lord of Ireland, duke of Aquitaine, and sovereign lord of the realm of Scotland, addresses Walter of Cambo, warden of the county of Fife, and states that whereas his dear friend the bishop of Glasgow has prayed us to grant to him the land and tenements of Calder in Fife (Mid-Calder, MLO), he commands Walter to deliver that land to him at its true value, taking from him sufficient security (for which Walter shall be willing to be answerable) to pay the rent at the times accustomed, in the form aforesaid, and saving to the king all manner of escheats; and herein fail not.
