Description
Adam of Buttergask, son and heir of Gilbert of Buttergask, has renounced in perpetuity all rights which he had or was able to have in the land of Buttergask (PER), at any time, into the hands of his lords, the abbot and convent of Scone, and has given by rod and staff, in their court, in the presence of many, for him and his heirs, whatever right pertained to him in the land. He also disavows any charter which goes against the tenor of the present charter.
