John of Kinross, for the salvation of his soul, and for the salvation of all the souls of his ancestors and successors, has given to Coupar Angus Abbey two marks of annualrent from his land of Auchinleish (ANG) yearly as well as his right in that land, to be held and had in pure and perpetual alms. John promises warrandice.
