Description: Alexander of Abernethy, lord of Abernethy, for the salvation of his soul and Sir Hugh, his father, and all his predecessors and successors, has given, granted, quitclaimed and by this charter confirmed to Coupar Angus Abbey his whole land of Kincreich in the barony of Lour (ANG) as granted to the monks by the charter of David Ruffus of Forfar, saving to himself the enclosure of his park of Inverarity (ANG) for which the monks will have common rights in all easements of his moor of Munthgray. Alexander promises warrandice.
