Description
John, king of Scots, states that he granted to Nicholas Hay, the knight, so that he and his heirs may have and hold their lands of Errol (PER), Inchyra (PER), Kilspindie (PER), Dronley (ANG), Pitpointie (ANG), Cassingray (FIF), and Fossaway (KNR), in free warren. Henceforth, the king firmly prohibits lest anyone should cut, forage or hunt in their lands without the special license of Nicholas or his heirs.
