Description
Gilbert of Ruthven, knight, has given, granted, and by this his present charter established to Walter Edgar his nepos all his land of Wester Cultmalundie (PER) at feuferme, in feu and heritage, with all rights, liberties, easements and pertinents, saving to himself and his men of Ruthven common easement in the peatary of Wester Cultmalundie, rendering annually one half mark at the two terminals, that is, 40d at Pentecost and 40d at Martinmas, and making forinsec service to the lord king as pertains to the land of Wester Cultmalundie. He also wills and grants that Walter shall be quit from all suit of court and all other secular services, wards, reliefs, exactions and demands.
