Description
Helen de Moreville has given and granted and by this her charter established for the souls of Roland her husband and others, to St Andrews Priory, Northampton, one ploughgate of land of her demesne in Lauderdale in the villa of Newbigging (BWK), with tofts and crofts that were Liulf’s and Gledewis’, namely, four acres by stated bounds, in free, pure and perpetual alms, with common pasture, with all pertinents, liberties and easements, free and quit from all exaction and custom.
