Description
James, steward of Scotland, has granted and established the donation which Walter son of Alan (II) his grandfather and Alexander his father made to Bromholm Priory (Norfolk) of 20s. annually from his burgh of Renfrew. He attorns [actornamus] in this present confirmation to the said monks and to their perpetual procurators, namely, the abbots of Holyrood, 20s. annually from the rents of his manor of Gorgie (MLO), ten at Pentecost and ten at Martinmas for the aforesaid 20s which they owed in the burgh of Renfrew.
