Description
Robert son of Robert de l’Isle has given and granted and by this his present charter established to Cristin de l’Isle, burgess of Perth, and his heirs or assignees, one perch of land in the Inch (of Perth) with all its pertinents, namely, that perch of land which lies between the land of Thomas the cellarer and the land of Walter of Perth for a certain sum of money which he paid him in his great and urgent need, for the acquittal of the debt of himself and Helen his late wife within his lifetime, rendering annually to the house of the Temple, 13d at the two terminals, namely, half at Michaelmas and half at Easter, for all services, suits, customs and all secular exactions.
