- William de Salle has given, granted and by this present charter established to Coldstream Priory all that land which lies between his stone house and the house of Jordan his son-in-law, with all messuages and all things pertaining to it, in pure and perpetual alms, free and quit from all calumny and service, save that which pertains to the lord king, namely, 6d.
