- Description
- Alexander, son of the late Richard the messenger of Glasgow, has recieved and fully had, by the hands of Gilbert called 'de camera' of the lord R[obert], bishop of Glasgow, five marks of goods and sterling for which the same Gilbert was bound to him because of the exchange made between them in respect of their burgages, concerning which a charter was drawn up. For those five marks and the burgage plot that he has in exchange from the said Gilbert, Alexander quitclaims all right and claim that he had in the burgage plot that Gilbert holds in exchange.
