Description
Constantine son of Constantine son of Philip of Lochore has granted and by this his charter established and in perpetuity quitclaimed to Hugh of Lochore, his uncle, all the third part of all the land of Pitfirrane (FIF) which his late father Constantine conferred on him, which he held in chief of the lord king, and all the third part of all the land of Pitscottie (FIF) which [illegible] his late father Constantine conferred on him and which he held in chief of the earl of Fife, by all their right bounds, and with all their just pertinents, in feu and heritage, in perpetuity, free and quit from all secular services, customs, exactions and demands and suits of court, rendering annually one pair of white gloves on Pentecost or 1d., making the forinsec service of the lord king.
