Edward, son of Peter of Restalrig, baron of the king of Scots, has granted and given and made firm by this his charter to Robert son of Matilda of Berwick and to all his heirs two tofts at Eyemouth (BWK), and one at Leith (MLO), in feu and heritage, with 3 fathoms of lace to be rendered each year.
