Thomas son of David of Quixwood has granted and made firm by this his charter the donation of his father of 3 perches of land in the territory of Coldingham on the south side of the villa of Coldingham, to wit, those that lie near the land of Romey towards the north next to Halidene, that is, the 3 perches that David his father gave to Saint Mary's for the building the towers of the church of COldingham, in pure and perpetual alms.
