Description
Robert Fleming, knight, lord of Wardhouse (ABD), has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Michael Fleming his brother, all his land called the land of the ferry boat of Montrose (ANG), with the land of Hedderwick (ANG), and with a certain piece of land whereon the manor of the lord of Hedderwick is situated, in feu and heritage, with all its bounds, liberties and easements, rendering annually two pairs of gloves or 2d. on Pentecost, and a half mark to the lord abbot and convent of Arbroath on Martinmas, for all secular service, custom, exaction and demand.
