Description
Walter Olifard, son of Walter Olifard, has given and granted, and by this his present charter established, to Alan son of Alan son of Cospatric of Swinton, Colzie (PER) by its right marches and the land of Abernethy (prob. Easter Colzie in FIF), with all pertinents and rights pertaining to the lands, in feu and heritage, for an annual render of two marks, one mark on Martinmas and one mark on Pentecost, for all service pertaining to Walter or his heirs, except his aids, namely, of his prison if it happens, and of making his first son a knight, and of marrying his first daughter.
