Charter of Simon of Prenderguest, who has given to the monks at Coldingham, in return for a certain sum of money, 10 acres of land in the plough-land of 'Coteflat', with one toft, and a croft of one acre on the west side of the garden of Richard, his brother, which Richard himself has given to him in return for his homage and service.
