Description
Robert of Hatley, by the consent and will of Matilda his wife and of his heirs, has given to St Cuthbert and the monks of Durham, in free alms, one toft with two acres of arable land in the villa of Fans (BWK); he has also given a toft in the villa of Mellerstain with two acres of arable land on the south side of the villa.
