Description
Hugh Giffard has given and granted and by this his present charter established, to Richard Soylard his sergeand all the land of ‘le Snoc’ which he bought from Peter Broun and from Lady Agnes [his] wife, in the villa of Berwick, with all liberties, easements and pertinents, for their service as faithful merchants, for the business Hugh requires daily in Berwick.
