Description
King Henry writes to the king of Scotland requesting him to summon all the prelates and magnates of the kingdom before him on the quinzaine of the Purification of the Blessed Mary at the Castle of Maidens in Edinburgh, to hear by the king’s envoys of Gascony of the most difficult and urgent affairs wherein it is needful that he and his lieges afford their aid and counsel, by the Queen and the Earl of Cornwall.
