Description: Roger son of Philip d’Eu has given, granted and by this his present charter established, to Duncan son of Edward of ‘Nevetil’ (Newtyle, Angus ?) all the meadow between the bounds of ‘Kinglas’ and the meadow of the monks of Culross in the territory of Carriden (WLO), as perambulated by good men of Carriden in the presence of Philip d’Eu his father, in free saccage, in free saccage, with one toft and croft next to the house of his father, with common pasture of all the holding, and with liberties and easements, free and quit from all secular service, aid and army, and escheat and ward of heirs, for an annual render of 1d. on the feast of St Serf.
