Description
An agreement has been formed between the abbot and monks of Kelso and Henry of Mow and his wife, Eschina, concerning the pasture which the monks claimed in the territory of their land of Mow (ROX) by right of the church and in the name of the persona, whereby Henry and his wife granted and established to the abbot and monks that they shall have in the territory of their land of Mow pasture for 700 sheep and 120 animals which they claim by right of the church and which the persona ought to have. In addition, the vicar of the monks and their men remaining in the land shall have common pasture and common easements with the men of Henry of Mow.
