Description
William de Ferrers, son and heir of the late Sir William de Ferrers, has given, granted and by this his present charter established to St Andrews Priory, with the special consent of the venerable father Sir William Fraser, bishop of St Andrews, two acres in the field of ‘Balloulyn’ in the holding of Leuchars (FIF) on the south side of the road that leads from the villa of Leuchars to the manor of the countess of Buchan, with the advowson of the church of Leuchars, chapels, lands, and everything pertaining to them, in pure and perpetual alms.
