Description
William, lord of Hume, son of the noble man, Sir William, knight and late lord of the villa of Hume, is obliged to Kelso Abbey to seal a confirmatory charter relating to the church of Hume (BWK) along with its land and freedoms, particularly a parcel of land called ‘Pullys’ with his new seal when he assumes knighthood. He also establishes to Kelso Abey the church of Hume with all the land, freedoms, and its other rights and particularly that parcel of land called ‘Pullys’ in the territory of Hume.
