Description
David son of Tructe has given, granted and by this present charter established to Kelso Abbey the church (i.e. chapel) of Halliburton (BWK), his villa, with the toft and croft and two oxgangs of land and with every other thing pertaining to the church, in free and perpetual alms, for the soul of lord Cospatrick, the earl, and for the salvation of his soul and his ancestors and successors.
