Description
Richard called of Lincoln of Mow, son and heir of the late Richard called of Lincoln of Mow, for the salvation of his soul and all of his ancestors and successors has given, granted and by this his charter established to Kelso Abbey, in pure and perpetual alms, a certain part of his land in the territory of Mow (ROX) which is called Templeacre, by stated marches, which include the land of the Abbot and convent of Kelso and the castle of Sir Gilbert Avenel, free from every secular service, exaction, and demand.
