- David of Lochore, sheriff of Perth, had sought four marks from the abbot and convent of Dunfermline for the default of suit in the sheriff court of Perth of their lands of Fordie, Couttie, Bendochy, Little Keithock, Inchturfin and Dummernech. Gilbert de Haye brought about an inquest, by royal precept, in the presence of the justiciar of Scotia, Alexander Comyn, earl of Buchan, in a full colloquium of the lord king at Holyrood, after which the king quitclaimed the abbot from making the suit.
