Description
An agreement was formed between Gilbert of Sherbourne, sacrist of Coldingham and John of Smytheton whereby Gilbert demitted to John all the land which Alan, son of Eda, daughter of Roger the mason, held hereditarily in the villa of Coldingham, for 20 years, with an annual rent of 12d. for a reddendo of 8s. to the sacrist.
