- Description
- An agreement is formed between William de Brus, lord, and William de Heineville, whereby William de Brus gives to William de Heineville the land towards Logan beyond ‘Blakesbec’ (DMF), by stated bounds, and the lands of ‘Farmanflat’, which had belonged to Brus’s father and brother, and land between ‘Blabeck’ and ‘Serke’ which was cultivated in the time of his father and brother, and pasture in the wood. William de Heineville remits to William de Brus in common pasture those lands newly cultivated and established as having no right therein except by the lord’s sanction.
