Description
Pope Nicholas III writes to the abbot and monastery of Newbattle noting their petition that they had not been making use of certain privileges and other indulgences granted to the monastery by his predecessors, through simplicity and ignorance of law. He thus grants a faculty for them to use the same privileges and indulgences.
