Pope Innocent IV commands the bishops of St Andrews, Dunblane, and Brechin, to enquire into the postulation of Master Peter of Ramsey, the son of a clerk, to the see of Aberdeen, and, if find it was made canonically, to admit it, and consecrate him after dispensing him on account of illegitimacy.
