Description
Pope Innocent IV commands the bishop of St Andrews and Gamelin, chancellor of the king of Scotland and papal chaplain, to make provision to John de Civitella, papal subdeacon and chaplain, of one or more benefices in Scotland, prebendal or other, to the value of 50 marks, notwithstanding any statute or indult to the contrary.
