Description
King Edward writes to his brother and liege, King Alexander III of Scotland, noting that he has heard the messages which William, bishop of St Andrews, and William de Soules, knights, Alexander’s envoys, delivered to him, and explained his opinion to them viva voce, whereon he asks Alexander to signify his wish.
