Description
Saer de Quincy, earl of Winchester, makes known that Duncan son of Hamelin and Adam his heir have quitclaimed in his full court at Leuchars, all right that they had or could have had in the land of Abbots Deuglie (PER) and have resigned all their charters which they had from him. Earl Saher, with the concession and assent of Robert his son, in the presence of the said Duncan, and with Duncan consenting for himself and his heirs, has given and granted and by his charter established the whole land of Abbots Deuglie to Cambuskenneth Abbey, in free, pure and perpetual alms, by the same bounds by which his grandfather Ness son of William, held it, and with all its other just pertinents.
