Description
P[atrick], son of the earl, writes to his father, Sir P[atrick], earl of Dunbar, prevailing upon him to establish the charter which he had given to the monks of Coldingham Priory concerning the resignation and quitclaim of the villa and demesne land of Swinwood (BWK) with all its pertinents. He sends these letters patent to his father in evidence of this.
