Description
Patrick, earl of Dunbar, prompted by charity and the hope of eternal reward, has given and granted and established by the present charter to God and Blessed Cuthbert and Coldingham Priory in free, pure and perpetual alms the whole half of Billie (BWK), i.e., that half which lies between the Two Restons and Auchencrow on one side and Chirnside and Blackburn on the other.
