Description
Earl Waltheof for Melrose Abbey; notifies all his sworn men and friends, French and English, that he has given, by concession of his heir, common pasture on Lammermuir (ELO) with himself and his men. If monks leave pasture of Innerwick (ELO), their sheepfolds and lodgings shall go with their flocks, without any building, and excepting earl’s lodgings of Belton (ELO).
