Description
Patrick, son of Sir Patrick (III) earl of Dunbar, for Coldstream Priory; has established that whole land which nuns hold in villa and territory of Lennel (BWK) by grant of his lord father, along with houses in Berwick which belonged to David ‘Scissoris’ (the tailor) in street of Ramsden on the Ness, which they have by grant of his father, Earl Patrick, as stated in charter of his father.
