- Cospatric the earl [of Dunbar], for Kelso Abbey; has given, for the souls of King David and Henry his son, the earl’s lords, church of Hume (BWK) with two ploughgates of land, and with a meadow called ‘Harastrodar’ in territory of same villa, and church of Greenlaw (BWK) with chapel of Lambden (BWK) and adjacent territory, and church of Fogo (BWK) with one ploughgate of land, and land known as Bothwell shielings (‘Bothkillscheles’) (BWK), as deaf Hugh fully held it.
