Description: Alexander, earl of Buchan, for Arbroath Abbey; he has granted, and by his charter established, the donation Fergus, earl of Buchan, made of one mark of silver to them annually on Whitsun, and that grant and confirmation which Marjory, countess of Buchan, made of the same mark. He wills, and with his present charter establishes, that they should receive and have the said mark from his territory of Finavon (ANG) by the hand of his baillie. He also grants, and by his charter establishes, that the monks shall have a licence to build a millpond on his land of Fordoun (KCD).
