Document 2/12/4 (SEA, i, no. 59)

Description
Christian, bishop of Whithorn, announces that he was with Everard, abbot of Holm Cultram, when Uhtred, son of Fergus, perambulated bounds of Kirkgunzeon (KCB). The abbot complained to King William that part of land had been given to Walter de Berkeley, but, despite a new perambulation, Walter still holds it.
